Erica has lived in Lake County since the 1980s & knows the county well. Before entering real estate in 1991, she was in banking for 15 years, including Bank of America. Thus, she's very familiar with the ins & outs of real estate financing. With her sister Petra, she has built and sold many homes in Lake County and Hidden Valley Lake over the years. Victoria is a classically trained businesswoman as well as an excellent real estate agent. A graduate of Vassar College, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank upon arriving in California in the late '70s. With a Wells colleague she formed a business management services firm in the '80s. Moving to Lake County in 1995, Victoria entered the real estate market specializing in land sales for home building and vineyard development, as well as residential properties.
